Don't like something about what you ordered? No problem, all items purchased are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days of receiving shipment unless item(s) were purchased between November 15, 2016 to December 24, 2016 which are refundable/exchangeable up to January 31, 2017.
. We guarantee all shipments to be first quality. For items received incorrect or damaged you will have 48 hours to contact us from the time the package is delivered to resolve the issue. All RETURNS for refund that paid a shipping charge will be refunded in full less the shipping charge. Return shipping on exchanges will be shipped as per our shipping & delivery policy. Items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging, no exceptions. Items shipped to us in only the manufacturer's box will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We DO NOT issue call tags for merchandise and you must pay the return shipment cost. All RETURNS for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must obtain an RMA number before returning any product by calling or e-mailing us at the number/e-mail given above. Once you have received your RMA number, you will have 15 days to return the package or it will be refused. There are No Returns or Exchanges for all Closeout Items, all sales are final, no exception!
To Return or Exchange any merchandise, please follow these easy steps:
• Before returning/exchanging any items, you must call or email us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will have 15 days from receipt of the RMA number to return the package, or it will be refused.
• Use the original carton your item was shipped in if it is good shape, or use a good solid carton. Package securely to avoid damage during shipment, include all original packing materials.
• Include a copy of the original invoice, write the RMA number on the outside of the box. If there is no RMA number, the package will be refused. Please write on the invoice any special notes or instructions.

• Ship your package to us by any available carrier. Remember to insure your package for loss or damage in transit as the carrier assumes responsibility of your package until it is delivered to us.
Please allow sufficient time for your shipment to be delivered (normally 5-10 days). Once we receive your shipment, we will credit your account, issue a refund check, or process an exchange within 7-10 business days upon receipt of goods.
All orders over $50.00 (before taxes and any possible shipping) receive free ground shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $50.00 are charged $12.99/helmet with free accessories shipping, or, if only accessories $7.99 shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). See below for international/ AK and HI orders. Delivery of your order is very important to us. Most of our orders are shipped from our CA, USA warehouse by FEDEX or USPS. All orders over $250.00 (before taxes and any possible shipping) or if the billing address is different from your shipping address or if your shipping address includes a apartment or suite, your order will be shipped with signature required at time of delivery as per Credit Card industry guidelines. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may cancel your order for a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee provided we receive your cancellation request before your order has entered the shipping process.

|1 We now ship to APO/FPO addresses! We also ship to PO Boxes, however, using a physical street address allows us to use Fedex/USPS which is more efficient.

Secure Online ordering of all products is available by clicking on the "Buy" button after the products of your choice and follow the directions that will be displayed as you go. Credit Card transactions are encrypted to ensure security and confidentiality and orders are processed promptly.
To order by fax print and fill out the order by fax form then fax it to us at (562) 595-1113 (California, USA). We will call, email, or fax to confirm we received your order.
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. If you have a non-US/Canadian issued credit card or your billing address is different from your shipping address or your billing/shipping address does not match your credit card billing address we will ask you to make an alternate form of payment. Alternate forms of payment accepted include money orders, cashier's checks, wire transfers, PayPal and Google Checkout. If you'd like to make a PayPal payment or Google Checkout payment, please contact us via phone or email and one of our representatives will be able to assist you with a personalized money request. We do not accept personal checks.
All orders placed have up to 48 hour processing time, except expedited shipping orders which are guaranteed immediate processing. A confirmation email should be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive an email, check your spam filters as these often times place your tracking number in your junk items folder. Please contact us to verify that your order has been successfully placed. Multiple items on an order may take additional time to consolidate before shipping from our warehouse. Special order items may take up to 4 business days to completely process.
Orders shipped to California addresses will be charged a 9.00% sales tax as per state law.

All Sales are final on Closeout Items. All Closeouts are first come and first serve. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional values to our customers. We purchase as much closeout inventory as possible. Due to the nature of discontinued product, we extend substantial discounts to our customers and they are always in limited supply. As a result, we update our website frequently. In the rare occasion, there might be a time when discontinued items are out of stock and we will notify you immediately and try to work with you directly to meet your needs.

We have the right to refuse or cancel orders that were incorrectly listed or priced. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order we receive with or without notice.
